Courses of “Enhancing Food Security Information and Early Warning
Systems” Project at the National Agricultural Policy Center (NAPC)
First course was held from 28-10-2018 to 1-11-2018, under the title "Food Security: Pillars, Dimensions and Indicators, Methodology of Data Collection, processing and analysis”.
Second course was held from 25-11-2018 to 29-11-2018, under the title “Statistical Principles for Collecting and Analyzing Food Security Information”.
Third course was held from 16 -12-2018 to 20-12-2018 and entitled "Management and Control of Natural Resources".
Fourth course was entitled "GIS uses and space images in the context of Food Security Information System”.
The lecturer of NAPC and FAO tackled many subjects: concepts and frameworks of food Security, food security Indicators, food Security information and networks, climate change and food Security, most important methods of statistical and socio-economic analysis, surveying resources and preparing their maps.
